The new era of YSL is taking over—and 1300SAINT is one of its fiercest and freshest faces.
Alongside Yung Kayo and the newly-signed Nine Vicious, this iteration of the Atlanta underground has proven to be the most disruptive in recent memory. Following the blow-ups of other ATL stars such as Destroy Lonely, Ken Carson, SoFaygo and more, 1300SAINT is following in the footsteps of Atlanta’s rap lineage—dropping his debut mixtape with Young Stoner Life Records, ALL HAIL.
Following his semi-viral track “OH K,” ALL HAIL truly introduces the young rapper on his rise to UG acclaim. The project, which sits at 14 tracks, is reminiscent of past ATL stars like SoFaygo, as 1300’s ear-worming vocal inflection fleets through and elevates each digitally-infused beat. Highlights like “EVERYTHING SLATT,” “SAFE & SOUND,” and “VENOM” are equally as potent as they are infectious; SAINT’s vocals seem to dig into your head and stay stuck in there.
Teasing a slew of snippets with Nine Vicious over the course of 2025, the newfound YSL-duo could evolve into the next Gunna and Lil Baby. However, the pair tout sounds consistent with the psychedelic, distorted wave of rap as opposed to the wavy trap aesthetic Young Thug and company built the label on. And yet, it feels similar.
Nevertheless, 1300SAINT is an undoubted artist to watch for the remainder of 2025—we’re witnessing him break out right before our eyes.
