Rising Atlanta newcomer Bktherula is certainly a difference maker in today’s new wave.
With a knack for curating hypnotic, experimental melodies, BK is a beam of originality — and on her latest single “NO WAY” — she proves once more why she’s one the most talented female stars of our generation.
As an exclusive drop on Audius — an alternative music streaming platform that was recently invested by Nas, Pusha T, Katy Perry and others — the track’s swirling 808s and otherworldly synth progressions feature BK’s voice as the star of the show.
So far in 2021, she’s dropped a trio of singles in “Not Wock,” “Blue” and “SANTANNY. These tracks further define BK’s talent as a singer-rapper along with her eclectic ear for production — as “NO WAY” blends sounds of “experimental plugg” and alternative altogether.
