Cochise is back on ‘TOUR TIME’ with new SoundCloud-exclusive single

Cochise is one month removed from the end of the U.S. leg of his “THE INSPECTION TOUR,” which came to a close on Oct. 23. Now, as he makes his preparations for the International leg, beginning in Copenhagen on Nov. 30, Chise has delivered his second single in the last two weeks.

Just eleven days after putting out “Creme Brulee” on DSPs on Nov. 11, Cochise dropped “TOUR TIME” solely on SoundCloud and YouTube on Nov. 22.

Deviating from his typically powerful rage beat approach, “TOUR TIME,” which was likely made while he was on the road, comes with an instrumental that uses bouncy dance drums and a soft melody. However, this change of pace did not affect Chise’s vocal performance, considering his patented choppy, whimsical flow is very much present throughout the track.

Sprinkling in numerous “uh-huh” and “uh, yeah” interjections throughout his verses, Cochise confirms at the start of the track that he made the song in a hotel room on some “tour time type sh*t.”

Whether it be the references to Drake and Lil Wayne or the bounty of flow switches, “TOUR TIME” is just another example of why fans get excited for any offering from the Florida rapper. Hopefully once he gets back from overseas, we can get another full-length gift from him as impressive as THE INSPECTION.
