Dro Kenji is back with a new single “They Don’t Know,” his first release in the wake of his hugely well-received album With Or Without You from earlier this year.
“They Don’t Know” is a great example of Dro Kenji’s fresh, pop-infused style that could easily have been included on his last project. His best-in-class rap-singing is polished, tightly executed, and equally appealing to both underground and mainstream listeners – backed by an all-star production team of Taz Taylor, Cxdy, Census and Paryo. 
The Declan Kyle-directed run-and-gun video shows Kenji roaming New York City after hours and stopping by the stairs from the Joker in a draping Rick Owens fit.
Ever since the release of his album in January, Dro Kenji makes a strong case to be the most mainstream-ready artist rising out of the new wave, and a rare example of a highly developed underground talent with broad appeal.
