HVME recruits 24kGoldn and Quavo for new single ‘Alright’

Spanish producer builds on growing popularity with latest track.

HVME released “Alright” with 24kGoldn and Quavo on July 23. The song is just HVME’s third in his catalog, as he looks to build on the unique success he found last summer.

In June 2020, he dropped the club mix of Travis Scott‘s 2016 smash hit “goosebumps,” mostly utilizing Scott’s hook. The song went viral, and would grab the attention of the hip-hop star, as he would record fresh vocals for HVME to release a remix of the track. The song peaked at No. 47 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Now, again linking with chart-topping rappers, HVME has crafted an original song with 24kGoldn and Migos frontman Quavo.

24kGoldn handles the hook and second verse of the groovy, playful dance track. His smooth singing voice coupled with sassy lyrics of skepticism of his significant other make the song a fun bop.

Oh baby, hope you ain’t showing that fake love (Fake love)

When I’m not around, please don’t change up (Don’t change up)

Actin’ crazy, got me thinkin’ we should break up (Break up)

Swear it’s different since we met, it ain’t the same love (No)

“Alright” — HVME & 24kGoldn featuring Quavo

Quavo’s brief verse sees him looking to seduce a woman who caught his eye, while dipping into his melodic, autotune bag. Overall, “Alright” is an entertaining, light-hearted song to dance to, helping HVME continue to surge as a producer and make even more of a name for himself.
