The Kid LAROI’s journey to stardom has been one of both success and suspense. Recruited and signed by Lil Bibby and Grade A productions at age 14, LAROI has done a lot of growing — and still is — in the spotlight.
Since the release of his debut album F*CK LOVE’ last July, the 17-year-old Austrailian superstar dropped its follow-up SAVAGE in November 2020. Now gearing up to release the third installment of the F*CK LOV3 trilogy, LAROI recruits fellow Scooter Braun-managed Justin Bieber for his single “Stay.”
Leakers have seemingly had a hold on “Stay” over the past few months, as the late-Juice WRLD was originally slated to feature on the track. However, amid Juice’s untimely passing and LAROI’s falling out with Grade A earlier this year, Bieber is the perfect addition — having a lot in common with LAROI on a personal level. Whether it’s immigrating from another country or living their teen years famously as an nationally known pop-star, this lethal pop duo is poised to set the Billboard Hot 100 ablaze.
This isn’t the first time (and won’t be the last) that LAROI and Bieber have collaborated, connecting on “Unstable” for Justin’s latest project Justice — which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart in March.
Without any official single or album in months, LAROI’s recent features are what’s been keeping his likeness in rotation — hopping on Polo G’s “No Return” with Lil Durk in June and remixing his smash-hit “Without You” with Miley Cyrus earlier this year.
As the highly-anticipated F*CK LOV3 is only weeks away from release, “Stay” is poised to be the chart-topping hit LAROI’s all too familiar in making. Signing with Scooter Braun seems like a match made in heaven, as LAROI’s pop-star persona continues to reach new heights with each new release.
