Chris Brown’s latest single, video are far from ‘Iffy’

The current king of R&B has finally returned.

Although Chris Brown is feeling “Iffy” on his latest track, he’s striving for greater success in 2022.

As his first release in 2022, “Iffy” serves as the lead single off his highly-anticipated upcoming album. Along with Breezy’s reappearance on REVOLT TV’s “The Crew League,” Brown has sights set on taking over the new year, as the multi-talented singer-dancer-rapper is still operating at the peak of his game.

His unnamed, upcoming album will follow his 2019 project Indigo, which possesses the multi-platinum track “No Guidance” featuring Drake. Although it’s been three long years since fans received a Breezy album, he has been able to keep fans entertained with countless singles, plenty of features, and a joint project with Young Thug.

The Grammy award-winning artist did not hold back on his latest effort. The catchy track sits at just under three minutes long and features Chris Brown’s iconic vocals singing about not trusting women because they’re “iffy,” along with flexing designer rings and a “two-tone” Lambo.

Pinky ring worth ’bout two-fifty (Ooh, ayy)

Two-tone my Lambo’, that’s drippy (Ooh, ayy)

Bottle after bottle, now she tipsy (Ooh)

Can’t trust these hoes ’cause they iffy (Ooh, ayy)

Chris Brown – “Iffy”

“Iffy” feels like the type of track that sends TikTokera into a frenzy. With immersive visuals to match, if there’s one certainty about Chris Breezy, it’s that he’s always able to put on a show.

The visuals for “Iffy” are quite the opposite of its title, as fans find a full cinematic wonder. The video kicks off with Breezy in his whip posing as the getaway driver — patiently waiting for his accomplices to finish their lick. Breezy high tails out and is then seen dancing on top of his car before arriving in an alleyway. Next, Chris Breezy continues to do what he does best — dance. He appears to dance battle and fight numerous people, including himself before he enters a GTA-styled garage filled with expensive whips. Breezy’s car turns into a giant Transformer, as the two dance in sync.

Ultimately, Chris Brown is starting off 2022 on a high note. From the track to its pairing visuals, everything is extremely high in quality. “Iffy” is just a slight taste of what’s to come in his upcoming project, and if it’s any indication to how the album will turn out, fans are definitely in for a treat.

Although the release date is not yet confirmed, be on the lookout for new music and updates on his upcoming project dropping in the near future.
