Destroy Lonely continues to inch toward upcoming project

Fans of the Atlanta-raised, Opium signee Destroy Lonely have been longing for his project No Stylist to drop since last Halloween, when he released the deluxe version of his September 2020 project <3.

On Wednesday (Sept. 8), Lonely took to social media to allude to its potential arrival shortly after his upcoming show in Los Angeles Sept. 24.

What he refers to as “the storm” in the tweet, is likely his highly-anticipated album fans have so patiently waited for. Twice in August he tweeted about No Stylist, where on Aug. 19 he explicitly said it was on the way, and on Aug. 25 continued to tease it.

As of late, Lonely has made frequent efforts to feed music-hungry fans. In late July, he dropped a music video for his YouTube exclusive single “Lights Off” and also uploaded a short pack of five songs to Soundcloud.

Next, he released a brand new single “Euros” on digital streaming platforms Aug. 18.

While these releases helped create momentary detours in Lonely’s roll-out, both Destroy Lonely and his fans know that No Stylist is what everyone has their sights set on.

Now, it seems as though listeners may finally be receiving the project in the very near future. With “1 mo race b4 the storm,” be on the lookout for Lonely’s upcoming project No Stylist.
