Kid Cudi previews Netflix series on anniversary of MOTM release

Sept. 15 marked the 12th anniversary of Kid Cudi‘s debut album, Man On The Moon: The End Of Day, and, as promised, Kid Cudi had a gift for his fans.

After a polarizing appearance at the Met Gala, Cudi is riding the high of being at yet another peak in his career. Recent features with Drake, Kanye, Pop Smoke, Young Thug and Skepta have revitalized his fanbase as they wait patiently for his follow-up to MOTM III.

Entergalactic was an album title believed to be scrapped in exchange for the final project in the MOTM series. The name has apparently been reappropriated for a Netflix series scheduled to come out in 2022. This isn’t the first time Kid Cudi has previewed an animated series, with no news about the Kids See Ghost series previously announced.

There have also been rumors that the release of this series will coincide with an album rollout, although there has been no confirmation of this on Cudi’s part. Presumably, there will be some new music as Cudi collaborators Dot Da Genius and Plain Pat are credited for musical production on the upcoming show.
