During his headlining set Friday night (Dec. 10), Cudi not only gave a slew of MOTM3 tracks their live debut, but also hinted at what fans could expect from the Cleveland rapper in the new year.
Along with addressing his long-awaited Entergalatic project — which will be paired with its own Netflix series in 2022 — the iconic singer-rapper divulged to fans that he may have another album coming before Entergatic’s expected release this summer.
Adding that he has some “tasty surprises” on the way, Cudi later confirmed via Twitter that he would in fact be dropping two albums in 2022.

Despite not dropping a full-length project in 2021, Kid Cudi has seemingly reached a new pinnacle of his career at age 37.
His return to form has been supported by a lengthy list of star-studded guest spots with Drake, Kanye West, Pop Smoke, Young Thug, Eminem, Skepta and more, coupled by his efforts in film — releasing his documentary A Man Named Scott and upcoming role in Netflix’s new film Don’t Look Up.
Most recently collaborating with Don’t Look Up co-star Ariana Grande on “Just Look Up,” Cudi touts another layer of vocal prowess this year on the remix to WILLOW’s “t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l.” As the track seemingly calls back on Cudi’s earlier edgier work, he continues to channel all parts of his artistry at once — honing his craft while still operating at the top of his game.
