Mysterious Pusha T EPs surface on streaming

Legendary lyricist Pusha T has been blessing fans all year with high-profile collaborations and addictive singles as we await his upcoming album, It’s Almost Dry.

While listeners have enjoyed every track that Push has contributed to lately, the revered emcee has seemingly snuck four EPs onto streaming services right under our noses. Each abbreviated project contains five to six previously released tracks either by Push or featuring him over the years.

Dropping two projects a week between March 25 and April 1, fan speculation is that these projects may be a way for Push to make money off his own music since his departure from GOOD Music earlier this year. With all of his most popular tracks now released under Def Jam, Push is now set to receive his well-deserved residuals for the tracks fans all know and love.

These EPs aren’t Push’s only source of revenue this year, with his recent lyrical contribution to an Arby’s commercial dissing McDonald’s Filet-o-Fish. Additional features on tracks with Nigo, Clipse, Babyface Ray and more have bolstered his already immovable position in the rap game.

As we near the release date of It’s Almost Dry, it’s inspiring to see King Push getting what’s his. With the release of his fourth studio album on the horizon, we will have to wait and see what the coke rap MVP has in store next.
