The Kid LAROI reveals that his next ‘album is coming’

It seems like The Kid LAROI’s hiatus was more short lived than initially thought.

Taking the last few months away from social media and the spotlight entirely, LAROI’s upcoming project TFT looks to be inching closer after working with Don Toliver in the studio this week.

Posting a pair of photos and a new snippet with Toliver, LAROI took the time to update fans on his upcoming debut album via Instagram Wednesday, saying that he’s been “workin day and night for you all” also thanking Donny for the feature.

“ALBUM IS COMING. BEEN WORKIN DAY AND NIGHT FOR YOU ALL. THANK YOU FOR JOINING ME DON TOLIVER.”

Later that week, LAROI took to IG again teasing more music as a new single seems to be right around the corner. Spotted with Nardo Wick and Hit-Boy today, the young star continues to surround himself around the game’s best and brightest talents.

The 18-year-old Australian-born singer has experienced an ascent to fame like no other. Following breakout hits in “DIVA,” “WITHOUT YOU” and “Stay” over the course of 2020-21, LAROI has become a household name in the industry virtually overnight.

Initially linking up with Grade A’s G Money and Lil Bibby — which led to his friendship with Juice WRLD — LAROI has asserted himself as one of the biggest pop stars music has seen since Justin Bieber. Recently signing to Bieber’s label with Scooter Braun, LAROI’s latest effort F*CK LOVE 3 (which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200) capped off the mixtape trilogy that’s allowed him to flourish in the spotlight.

In a letter he penned last November, LAROI discussed his decision for taking some time away from music, writing that “this is what I need to do to give you all the best music possible.”

Stemming from his studio session with the Cactus Jack superstar, chapter one of LAROI’s TFT saga seems to have started out on the right foot.
