Tyler, The Creator— “CMIYGL: The Estate Sale”
DJ Drama — “IM REALLY LIKE THAT”
Autumn! — “Golden Child, Chapter 3”
“Tryna go No. 1 and evolve into the next era,” Autumn! tweeted out, alluding to the third — and final — chapter of his revered Golden Child mixtape series. Off the back of his Victor Victor debut Antagonist in 2022 — and GCC2 in late August — Autumn!’s latest was led in by his teaser EP “##B4gc3” in January. At 24 tracks long, Golden Child, Chapter 3 sees Autumn! turning the page — ultimately closing the book on his Golden Child era.
Luh Tyler — “My Vision”
Quavo — “Honey Bun”
In lieu of Takeoff’s tragic passing late last year, Quavo has kept his name alive every chance he gets. Commemorating his fallen Migos brother on his latest single “Honey Bun,” Quavo declares “For Take” in every fashion — extending his sentiments from the heartfelt “WITHOUT YOU” in January.
Dom Corleo — “Wake Up”
“Wake Up” babe, new Dom Corleo just dropped. The fleeting, fire-powered cut (produced by new wave all-stars in BNYX, F1LTHY and Beautifulmvn) pushes the envelope again for OMO boss — who’s still riding the high of his potent EP 2014 and “IDK” visual with Highway and DotCom Nirvan. Captivating with more deep-toned bars and unabashed bravado, Corleo continues to command the underground by finally bringing this long-teased cut to light.
THOTTWAT — “FOLD”
Lil Gnar — “Dip Roll”
A drill and rage fusion? A gnarly combination, as Lil Gnar glides over his latest single “Dip Roll” with finesse and energy. The 43B label standout’s new effort follows up on other solo singles in “Almighty Gnar” and “Stonecrest.” While his previous album DIE BOUT IT asserted his status as one of the game’s rage aficionados, “Dip Roll” is a “whole new wave” according to Gnar. Check it below.
Matt Ox — “Ai.Ox”
Matt Ox has come a long way from spinning fidgets in his front yard. Sharing his latest 5-track EP Ai.Ox, the young Philly emcee continues to showcase his maturity and evolution stemming from last full-length efforts in Year Of The Ox and TEEN RAVE. Bolstering his sound with seething, atmosperhic cuts like “Pop Out” and “Icantstopit,” Matt’s rage-inducing allure is surely unmissable.
BabyTron & BLP Kosher — “Mazel Tron”
What’s better than BabyTron and BLP making a joint sound Kosher? The Detroit scam rap icon meets the internet’s fastest-rising Jewish emcee for “Mazel Tron” — bringing forth an undeniably quirky collab with enough bite for a bar mitzvah. With support from Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett, these two couldn’t be more perfect to share a mic.
