Although Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard is still nursing and recovering from a torn ACL injury, he has still found time for a creative new project.
On Oct. 22, Leonard released Kawhi Leonard Presents: Culture Jam (Vol. 1), an experience he orchestrated and A&R’d. The album’s seven tracks feature the game’s hottest acts like Polo G, Lil Uzi Vert, Gunna, Rod Wave, YoungBoy Never Broke Again and more.
Ahead of the album’s release, several videos began circulating of Leonard assisting in the recording process with the artists for songs on the project.

The first of the three pre-released singles for the record came in late May as YoungBoy and Rod Wave linked up for “Everything Different,” a passionate, soulful cut perfectly suited for the duo.
Next, Gunna and Polo G united for the album’s second single “Waves” on July 23, crafting a melodic, hard-hitting track to attract more listeners to what Kawhi had cooking.
Lastly, two days before the album’s release, “Bestie” by A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Capella Grey dropped, accompanied by a music video that has already nearly approached 200,000 views.
Now that the album is out, Culture Jam has teased a late addition to the tracklist with a song by Kawhi Leonard himself, and asks fans to stream the album as much as possible before blessing the world with it.
Surely we all crave a glimpse of the start of usually poised and serious Kawhi Leonard’s rap career, so stream his new album Culture Jam (Vol. 1) below!
