Coi Leray, Kodak Black, Mustard drop light summer banger

Both Coi Leray and Kodak Black are “At The Top” of their games right now, as Mustard crafts a catchy beat for them to prove it further.

Kodak has been working like a fiend since his recent release from prison in February — and it doesn’t seem like it will stop anytime soon. He is fresh off the release of his four-track birthday EP, Happy Birthday Kodak, which featured appearances from Jacquees, Rylo Rodriguez, Yo Gotti and Lil Keed. Most recently he collaborated with singer Roxy Rosa on “What About You”, a sultry love song with some bounce to it.

Coi Leray has not let off the gas after her release of “No More Parties” and the quick succession of hits that she has put out since. She’s notably collaborated with artists in DDG, Pooh Shiesty, Earthgang, Rich the Kid, Wale, Lil Durk and more as her case for best new female artist becomes more solidified by the week.

She has also been receiving some much deserved recognition with her appearance on the 2021 XXL Freshman List. As we wait for the freestyles and cyphers from the publication’s event to premiere, her episode of “ABC’s” showcases the rapper’s bubbly personality that has gotten her where she is today.

It seems as though this new single will appear on Coi Leray’s next release — with her claiming that the song is destined to go platinum — and at the rate that she has been growing, it wouldn’t be surprising at all. Leray plans to continue to capitalize on her success soon with more summer hits and more collaborations.
