A$AP Rocky releases classic mixtape ‘Live.Love.A$AP’ to DSPs

To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of his breakout 2011 mixtape Live.Love.A$AP, A$AP Rocky decided to finally allow for his fans to save it on streaming platforms.

Ahead of releasing it to DSPs, he shared a trailer that discussed the project’s impact and how he started rapping in the first place.

Live.Love.A$AP arrived to DSPs on Oct. 29, only missing one song from the original tracklist, “Kissin’ Pink” featuring A$AP Ferg. The original black-and-white cover for the project is now colorized as it is now an official release in Rocky’s catalog.

Many A$AP Rocky fans consider his 2011 mixtape Live.Love.A$AP to be some of his best work to date.

This project, which had catapulted Rocky into hip-hop’s mainstream, will soon be available on all digital streaming platforms Friday, Oct. 29.

As the mixtape’s 10-year anniversary approaches, it was previously reported that Oct. 31 was the original date for the release of Live.Love.A$AP’s remastered digital version.

With hits in “Bass” and “Peso” — which is the only track Rocky had released on DSPs as an official single — Live.Love.A$AP showed listeners how quickly he could ascend from the underground ranks.

Many of the songs on the project include feature appearances or production from SpaceGhostPurrp — who A$AP Rocky is currently in a years-long feud with. It remains to be seen whether or not Rocky will include those songs in the remastered version, or what edits he will make to the project if at all.

For now, however, fans should celebrate the return of Rocky’s classic mixtape.
