Days before the announcement of his “F*ck The World, It’s A Wasteland” tour and $150 Million partnership with UnitedMasters, Brent Faiyaz teamed up with EDM producer Marshmello to release their first collaborative effort “Fell In Love” on Friday (May 5).
Coming off the release of his highly-acclaimed sophomore album Wasteland – subsequently named one of The FADER’s best albums of the year – Faiyaz has fairly been quiet since its release, as he’s been developing his Lost Kids imprint with the emergence of Joony.
Brent Faiyaz continues to be masterful at creating moments.

Within the past 5 days he…
•Released a new song
•Announced a world tour
•Dropped a new music video
•Launched partnership with United Masters
Here's a breakdown on his monster week:
While keeping a low profile, Faiyaz hasn’t let off the gas, still making waves with the release of the video for Wasteland standout “ROLLING STONE.” Linking with the prolific Marshmello on a heartbreaking summer anthem, Faiyaz took the opportunity to settle the score following a relationship. His silky-smooth singing perfectly compliments Mello’s signature production, Faiyaz reminds his lover of his intentions and insists it isn’t his fault for her heartbreak.
“You ain’t fall in love with me
You fell in love with the man I could be
You ain’t fall in love with me
You fell in love with your vision of me”
Brent Faiyaz – ‘Fell In Love’
In the song’s accompanying visual, Faiyaz is seen driving through the woods before parking the car to enjoy the moment with a women. While he is protective of her, he doesn’t waste any time to remind her to not get her hopes up in terms of romance.
Faiyaz is a proven superstar and hasn’t dropped the ball yet, as the king of toxic R&B is seemingly carrying the torch for the genre’s past leaders. With his new venture, his creativity will not be hindered by a label — further proving the power of being an independent artist.
Brent Faiyaz will begin his first-ever world tour in the US before heading to Europe in the Fall.
