Dotcom Nirvan, Yung Bans ‘Won’t Think Twice’ about turning up

“The old Bans is back,” proclaimed buzzing videographer DotCom Nirvan, as Yung Bans revitalized his signature plugg sound on his new single “Won’t Think Twice.”

Widely considered as a new wave pioneer, Yung Bans was integral to the rise of the SoundCloud era alongside artists in RonnyJ, Smokepurpp, the late-XXXTENTACION, Ski Mask the Slump God and their Members Only collective in 2015-17. Bans quickly leveled up after being featured on X’s “iloveitwhentheyrun” and his 2015 single “4tspoon” with Playboi Carti — showcasing his superstar appeal and ear-catching talent early on in his career.

Now still at the top of his game, Bans taps back into the underground with Nirvan and “Won’t Think Twice” about it. The visual features Nirvan’s trademark hypnotic patterns, quick cuts and immersive transitions as Bans raps on a plethora of issues that he doesn’t think twice on.

And I can see the pain in your eyes

You can keep it real, don’t hide

Young nigga came and changed your whole life

We on five or six drugs, so high

Red lights, we ain’t stopping at no red lights

Ayy, dogging hoes all I know, I don’t think twice
