“I don’t need love, I’m the GOAT, I just hit the beat and float / And I’m sellin’ out arenas but you puttin’ on a show.” — “Sneakin'”
The last few weeks have been quite a blur for Drake.
From the troves of AI-generated tracks popping up on social media to performing alongside J. Cole at Dreamville Festival, the 6 God is making sure fans fully take in the excitement that surrounds catching him live.
Adding 12 new dates to his highly-anticipated “It’s All A Blur Tour” with 21 Savage, the Her Loss tandem are now slated to be on the road from June 29 to Oct. 7. Hitting career-cornerstone cities like Memphis, Atlanta, Houston, New York, Chicago and with a multi-night finale in Toronto, the now 54-date trek spans nearly five months due to high demand. The newly-added locations are as follows: Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Phoenix, Nashville, Denver, Austin, Memphis, Charlotte and Columbus.

Drake hasn’t toured since headlining “Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour” in 2018, as “It’s All A Blur” highlights his unprecedented run of the last half-decade. Presumed to perform hits off his last three studio albums, Certified Lover Boy, Honestly, Nevermind and Her Loss, Drizzy’s more recent outings, like his two-night Apollo Theatre special, suggests he’ll continue to bring B-side classics to the stage.
Amid the tour’s extension, Drake’s latest single “Search & Rescue,” as well as his robo-verse on Ghostwriter’s “Heart On My Sleeve,” further exemplify the weight of his cultural impact. He, amongst other prolific rap GOATs, are at the center of broadening conversation — and controversy — surrounding the use of generative technology in the music industry. Drake has even teased discontent of AI imposters, taking to Instagram to declare that his faux verse on Ice Spice’s “Munch” was “the final straw.”
Tech advancements will never replace the real thing, though, as the “It’s All A Blur Tour” has partnered with CashApp to give real-life humans — yes, you — the chance to beat bots for first dibs. Tickets for the tour’s new U.S. dates are available when entering the Cash App Card pre-sale starting on Wednesday (April 26). You can view more information here.
