It has been about two and a half years since J. Cole‘s label Dreamville hosted their first Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina.
With headliners like Cole, SZA, Big Sean, 21 Savage and essentially all of the label’s signed artists, the fest was an overwhelming success. Dreamville planned on hosting the fest annually each April, until the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early 2020, causing them to cancel their 2020 dates.

Now, after a two-year absence, Dreamville Festival is finally back. On Sept. 27, the label announced the festival will now be a two-day event, taking place on April 2 and 3. Along with the announcement came a three-minute skit, poking fun at their prior cancellations.
While there is not an official lineup yet for the fest, fans can confidently assume J. Cole will provide a eclectic cast of hip-hop and R&B’s hottest names — including Dreamville’s own such as JID, Ari Lennox, Bas and more. Tickets for the show go on sale on their site on Friday (Oct. 1) at 10 am ET.
