After only releasing four songs in two years, Lil 1 DTE drops his self-titled debut project, Lil 1 DTE, featuring heavy-hitters Future and Playboi Carti.
Fresh off inking a deal with Epic Records, the Atlanta-based rapper spits vicious flows laced with autotune over bumping instrumentals. Throughout his self-titled EP, his lyrics largely discuss the violent lifestyle that Zone 6 has been known for.
Despite having a relatively small following up until now, Carti and Future’s addition to the tracklist is sure to turn some heads. “Homixide” with Playboi has been particularly anticipated, even though Carti’s contributions only last a total of 30 seconds. Future, on the other hand, goes above and beyond, providing both the hook and a verse of his own on “They Mad”.
Lil 1 DTE’s popularity is sure to increase given the caliber of artists he has been able to tap in with. Be on the look out for his come up as his career continues.
