Mylo Waiters
Raised on classic old-school jams by his mother and grandmother, Waiters’ musical style started taking shape around the age of 11, fueled by his unique and powerful approach to singing and dancing. Mylo’s journey in the music industry includes a stint with LA Reid in the boy band Project 2one5, which unfortunately disbanded in 2020. Undeterred, Mylo ventured into a solo career and found success by signing with Blackground Records. His performances at the NOVO for the BET Experience and opening for artists like Trey Songz, Brandy, and Gladys Knight underscore his rising star status.
Known for infusing classic smooth R&B vibes with a touch of the contemporary, Waiters stands out for his ability to both sing and rap — a rarity among male artists. With a looming viral sensation status, he aims to revive R&B by creating music that is both contemporary and relatable, and “Self Love” is just the beginning.
