Summrs drops eerie visuals for ‘ghost glocks’

Louisiana rapper Summrs has been having a hell of a year, as his latest single “ghost glocks” showcases his growth and unique sound all at once.

Summrs has been a key player in the new movement of artists coming up off of SoundCloud, which includes talents in BabySantana, Autumn! and TyFontaine. Alongside his peer, he has popularized the autotune rage sound as well as pluggnb genre raging the underground as of late.

“ghost glocks” is an eerie banger with intense 808s that features Summrs melodically ad-libbing throughout. Visuals for the track mostly show him hanging out with friends in a parking lot as visual effects make for a completely turnt scene.

Summrs recently dropped Nothing more Nothing LESS — a 12-track album of atmospheric songs. This project used a much more mellow style than “ghost glocks,” relying on slower and softer instrumentals.

Keep an eye out for more tracks from Summrs as he continues to grow in the new wave.
