New York rapper adds ten new tracks to recent project.
Toosii released the deluxe edition of his Thank You For Believing album, titled The Manifestation, on July 30. The deluxe adds ten new tracks to the project, and two new features in Hotboii and Fivio Foreign.
He first announced the deluxe on July 29, hours before its release, essentially adding another half to the record. Headlining the collection of new tracks is “spin music” with Fivio Foreign, which Toosii revealed he would be releasing on July 27. Employing Fivio’s famed sound, the track shows Toosii open with an upbeat flow over a drill beat. Backending the track, Fivio sprinkles his trademark “baow baow” ad-libs over an explosive verse.
This release came during a busy year for Toosii. In May, he dropped the original, heartfelt project Thank You For Believing, with standout features DaBaby, Latto and Key Glock. The tape reached No. 3 on Apple Music’s Top Projects list of all genres, a testament of how far he has come in the rap game.
Soon after, he would announce his first headlining tour for the album, beginning in October and hitting cities like Washington DC, Boston and Denver.
The next month, Toosii was named a 2021 XXL Freshman, again solidifying his relevance in today’s hip-hop landscape. With this came passionate performances in his XXL cypher with Blxst, as well as his solo freestyle.
