YSL’s country phenom Millie Go Lighly bodies latest hip-hop cut with Lil Keed, Rylo Rodriguez

YSL affiliate Millie Go Lightly continues to make her appreciation for hip-hop abundantly clear with more of her collaborations finally coming to light.

Her latest single, “Jealousy,” features Lil Keed and Rylo Rodriguez, as the trio team up for a melancholy track about missing a loved one. Keed and Rylo use this opportunity to flex while crooning autotuned melodies as Millie showcases her country-infused inflections for a genreless sound unheard from her previously.

Rylo, who was unfortunately detained on Sept. 28, just dropped a single of his own, titled “Pallbearers.”

Lil Keed — despite a surprising lack of solo music this year — has made appearances on songs with Big Sean, Duke Deuce, Trippie Redd, Kodak Black, Young Nudy and more.

As for Millie, 2021 has brought the London-based singer collaborations with AJ Tracey, Lil Gotit, NAV and Landstrip Chip, as well as vocals on the soundtrack for the newest movie in the Saw series, Spiral. Earlier this year, she dropped “Problem Child” featuring Lil Gnar — a love song detailing the dangers of past relationships.

Although there hasn’t been any official announcement of a project from Millie yet, stay on the look out as she continues drop single after single in hopes of leading fans towards a full-length LP.
