Rich Amiri is moving militant, touting a whole new vibe on his new single “OUT MY MIND.”
Reminiscent of the energy brought on his dreamy R&B effort “Keep All That,” “Out My Mind” takes a cinematic, rock-tinged approach that has yet to grace the Boston-based rapper’s catalog. Proving to be one of Amiri’s most evocative performances to date, the Internet Money crooner flexes his vocals more so than his rap chops–floating over ethereal melodies, punchy live drums and emotional high-capped croons that display Amiri’s growing depth of artistry.
Fresh off of opening for Lil Tecca on his Hvn On Earth Tour, a trip to New York for Fashion Week, and electric performances at Rolling Loud California and Lyrical Lemonade’s Summer Smash, Rich Amiri’s latest is packed with his previous single “MADONNA & RIHANNA” — perhaps indicating that another full-length project is on the way.
After “ONE CALL” became his first-ever Billboard Hot 100 debut and evidently earned him a placement on 2024’s XXL Freshman list–following albums in EVOLUTION and GHETTO FABULOUS–Amiri continues to become a household name with every new drop he shares.
