grouptherapy., Jadagrace are feeling ‘Brand New’ on new single

Coming from similar backgrounds of child acting, Jadagrace, Coy Stewart (aka SWIM) and TJOnline embark on grouptherapy through music.

After the past few months of releasing their respective solo singles from SWIM and TJOnline, Jadagrace highlights the collective’s latest effort “Brand New” (Oct. 24).

Challenging the landscape of hip-hop by a variety of introspective topics and sounds, “Brand New” features a solo performance from Jadagrace. Produced by Solomon Fox, together they created a dance anthem — proving to be a song anyone can listen to and instantly give them a boost of confidence.

Despite being five months since Jada’s last release, she was able to take time to reflect on her emotions. Now ready to express herself, she’s able to deliver on what she feels represents where she is at in life at this moment.

“I finally feel like after being at my lowest, it’s only up from here, no matter what life throws at me”

Jadagrace to Modrnation

Driven by an infectious drum bounce — reminiscent of early 2000’s N.E.R.D and Timbaland — Jada showcases her ability to recreate something that is new, but nostalgic. She utilizes her soft-spoken wordplay to express the emotions she’s been dealing with and how she won’t “ever settle.” Doubling down on feeling “brand new” on the hook after going through a tough time, Jada proves to have newfound confidence in herself — ready to battle anything she is faced with.

After highs and lows of navigating the entertainment industry, Jadagrace is all grace and poise as better days lie ahead of her. Boasting a new level of confidence, her and the rest of grouptherapy. are here to stay as they continue set themselves a part from the rest of the alt-underground.
