Off the back of sctinillating summer albums, Opium signees Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson aren’t cooling off this winter.

Dropping X and No Stylist just a month apart from each other, the new wave leaders continue to promote their latest records with coinciding tours in the coming months. Ken is set to embark on his 5-date “XYZ” European trek in February 2023 while Lonely looks to stay planted in North America until late December.

X and NO STYLIST have been a hot topic of discussion these past few months, with fans debating over which one they enjoy more. Whether it be Ken’s more aggressive delivery or Lonely’s atmospheric style, both LPs are a strong glimpse into the bright futures they both have.

More importantly, each album is primed for live experiences as insane videos continue pop up from Ken’s recent “X-Man” tour — where Lonely has been riding shotgun.

OGM got an opportunity to catch up with Opium fans with some help from “Vamp Queen” Violet Myers as she interviewed fans to get their takes on the duo. Demonstrating her love for the Carti-led label, she joined us at the Los Angeles stop of Ken’s tour for some hilarious fan interaction and prize giveaways.
