Landon Cube recruits NoCap for country-rap fusion ‘Diamonds & Dirt Roads’

Known for his distinct vocals and rock-influenced catalog, Landon Cube continues to be a malleable talent fit for any genre he takes on.

The multi-platinum singer — popular for his work with Lil Skies on “Red Roses” and “Nowadays” — recruited Never Broke Again affiliate, NoCap, for their genre-bending banger, “Diamonds & Dirt Roads” (Feb. 17). The country-rock-rap fusion is Landon’s first release of 2023 and follows his previous offering “24” last September.

The song kicks off with a catchy guitar loop — similar to what you might hear in a pickup truck commercial. Afew seconds later, the track is greeted by an entire band as Landon dives in — flexing his twangy vocals perfect for any honkytonk. Soon after, NoCap — who recently shared his latest effort “Deadicated” (Feb. 7) — effortlessly shows off his versatility, killing his verse regardless of “Diamonds & Dirt Roads” theme.

While this is the first collaboration between this impossible, yet, unique duo, I am sure it won’t be the last we hear from the two, as rumor has it they may have more for fans in the future!

For now, listen to “Diamonds & Dirt Roads” below!
