OsamaSon is back with his latest single “IK WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER” — a blitzing array of seething rage and melancholy lyrics that brings forth an end-of-summer anthem worth spinning over and over.
Following career-defining performances at Summer Smash and Rolling Loud this past year, the FLEX MUSIX rising star’s latest effort follows those in “popstar,” “withdrawals” with close collaborator Nettspend and 3VIL REFLECTION with Glokk40Spaz.
However, “IK WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER” (produced by close collaborator Ok) touts a different tone, as it’s all about “feeling alive” for OsamaSon — who wants to make fans really “move and dance” with this one. “The song is about me knowing the things an ex did last summer, but really, I wanna make y’all move and dance,” Osama said. “I want you guys to feel alive, that’s the feeling I’m trying to share.”
