As one of the game’s most revered producer-rappers continues to build an empire, Pi’erre Bourne is putting on for his SOSSHOUSE signees in 2022. J Billz is the latest artist to surface from the imprint with his first Pi’erre-produced single “Everywhere We Go.”
With a southern drawl and unique delivery, J Billz comes straight out of South Carolina with a flow that matches Pi’erre’s heavy trap production perfectly. Trampoline 808s and pizzicato strings back his off-kilter rapping, as the Spartanburg-based emcee spits about the country trap life and the level of respect he receives everywhere he goes.

Visuals for the track showcase his taste in cars and guns as J Billz rides around his town in a convertible. Despite the Bengals’ loss in the 2022 Superbowl, he still keeps it a “nine like Cincinnati Joe Burrow.”
Billz is the second artist on Pi’erre’s imprint to receive an instrumental from the established producer, with the first being Kura — a young rockstar from Michigan — on “Hold It Up.” With these two artists and more, it looks like Pi’erre’s SOSSHOUSE is cooking up nonstop heat as the year continues to unfold.
