Tana fans have been living on cloud nine lately, as the 15-year-old new wave star dropping more often and more consistently than ever.
Shortly after performing at Rolling Loud Toronto (Sept. 11), Tana dropped a fresh-pressed single, “4“, exclusively on SoundCloud through his new creative collective, “underdogs.”
With production from 1swishrr and wegonebeok, Tana floats over the synth-based instrumental with effortless melodies. Echoing ad-libs fill the background of Tana’s vocals, along with stuttering effects at the beginning of poised, paticular bars about chasing paper and women.

The music video for “4,” directed by dtvte, was shows tana walking around the city and includes glitchy vintage effects such as a fisheye lens and VHS transitions.
After dropping their serenity EP last month, the underground underdogs have already released three exclusive tracks from tana and Yung Fazo, including “4.” Besides music, the collective also dropped a clothing like which is now available on the official underdogs website.
In the span of two months, underdogs has dropped a project, multiple singles and merch for their fans. Tana seems to be determined to make this collective the next big thing in the underground and is truly taking all the right steps to do so.
