Gallery: Destroy Lonely takes over LA on the ‘Forever Tour’

Destroy Lonely is no longer the fresh-faced and mysterious Playboi Carti protege, he’s a bona fide superstar in his own right.

Shutting down The Shrine this past weekend (Dec. 7) in Los Angeles, Lone was in his element coming off blitzing sets at ComplexCon Las Vegas and Rolling Loud Thailand. Performing LLL hits like “SYRUP SIPPIN,” CADILLAC” and “LOCK IN,” DL’s fast-selling ‘FOREVER TOUR’ was so sought after that he added a second North American leg for 2025. LOVE LASTS FOREVER was a turning point in Lone’s career. Recruiting producers in Lil 88, Wheezy, KP Beatz, Clayco, CXDY and more, alongside collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert (“LOVE HURTS”) and Opium labelmate Ken Carson, LLL pivots from the warbled, guitar-laced sound the 00 trendsetter has become known for and moves towards a more anthemic, atmospheric soundscape. The album sold 35,000 first-week units and earned Lone his first-ever Top 10 debut on the Billboard 200 albums chart — further etching his name as the defining voice of our generation.
