Eem Triplin leaves ‘CRAZY HOES’ chasing on new single

Eem Triplin isn’t letting the “Crazy Hoes” get too close with his debut album in sight, he’s staying focused and out the way.

As the second single off his forthcoming debut album, the track is co-produced by Eem, his frequent production partner Charlie Myers and acclaimed producer Beach Noise (Kendrick Lamar, Baby Keem, Bakar). The Pennsylvania producer-turned-rapper’s latest is airy yet propulsive, driven by stuttering percussion and a rocking bass-line that echos Eem’s unbothered attitude towards admirers who get too attached.

Surrounded by women in “CRAZY HOES” teaser visual, Eem has his pick of the litter, but doesn’t seem to care — dripped in swagger and subtly slighting his player ways with his signature rasp. He floats over the instrumental effortlessly, describing how his luxurious lifestyle makes him irresistible.

This is the second single off Eem’s upcoming debut album (due out later this year), and follows “baby pink,” his high-profile collaboration with pop star Camila Cabello on her recent C,XOXO (Magic City Edition). Triplin shared “FIJI” with R&B crew Cruza to ring in his return in 2024.

The STILL PRETTY emcee has come a long way since sharing his debut EP last summer, locking in with DJ Dahi for a majority of his forthcoming debut. The attention to detail and talent displayed on “FIJI” and “CRAZY HOES” looks to carry over into his full-length album, as Eem Triplin’s breakout continues to be more apparent with each release.
