Sharing his latest track “I’M DA 1NE” on Friday (Sept. 27), the GTA-inspired visual finds Yhapo in the middle of the map ready to cause havoc. As the follow up to “Moshpit” with Nino Paid, Yhapo blazes through with off-the-wall bars behind blitzing DMV-inspired production — asserting that he’s the 1ne on his new effort.
It’s clear the Alabama rapper continues to separate himself from his underground peers, pushing a sound that is uniquely his own. Since releasing his latest full-length album, P.S. F*CK YOU, Yhapo’s star has soared off the back of consistent drops over the past year.
Named a 2024 OGM Artist To Watch, Yhapo has been on a tear of singles with “Sswerve Geeked,” “Make Sum Noise,” “Flock,” “hope ulike me,” “1o” and more over the past year. Fresh off of touring with Bktherula and skaiwater, Yhapo is gearing up for another mini-trek this Fall, running from Oct. 2 to Oct. 29. F*CK YOU fueling his ascent into mainstream conversations, Yhapo also stopped by Well Well Well in May to showcase his bubbly personality and meme-era sense of humor.
