Rolling out his upcoming mixtape Club Godfather set for release on Friday (Oct. 28), Newark, New Jersey’s Bandmanrill continues to live up to his well-earned title as the Godfather of Jersey Club.
Not only did he flex his “Influence” with a new solo single on Oct. 14, Bandmanrill finally dropped “Jiggy in Jersey Pt. 2” — the long-awaited follow-up to his popular collab with Bronx drill phenom, Sha EK, released earlier this year.

For “Jiggy In Jersey Pt. 2,” a reference to Sha EK’s “Jiggyman” nickname, the pair of rising stars once again made the Jersey-to-Bronx connection as they blend their unique (and decidedly divisive) regional subgenres, each known for their high energy flows and unorthodox, sample-driven production.
For the follow up, they enlisted NYC drill staple EMRLD Beats for a flipped-sampling of ATC’s iconic club hit, “Around the World” and an energetic visual directed by NY-staple Rari Digital.
In contrast to the high energy BX drill collab, Bandman shows a new level of finesse on the comparatively understated “Influence.” Over a dramatic, piano-led beat produced by his go-to, McVertt, Bandman shows off a highly-polished version of his original Jersey Club style — touting muffled production that highlights his distinct flows and uniquely punchy delivery. In the crisp George Buford-directed music video, we see Bandman is leveling up his lifestyle right along with the music and visuals.
There’s no question that Bandmanrill is doing everything he can to put on for Jersey as he exports its niche regional sub-genre to the masses. As an independent powerhouse and one of the very few rising stars to emerge out of the Garden State in recent memory, Bandman is making history while cementing his place as the Godfather of Jersey Club.
