City Morgue is back with ‘VOLUME 3: BOTTOM OF THE BARREL’

SosMula and ZillaKami may have taken just a minute to do some solo work, but they’ve quickly linked back up for their latest album CITY MORGUE VOLUME 3: BOTTOM OF THE BARREL.

On Sept. 17, listeners received DOG BOY — Zilla’s first solo project apart from City Morgue. This album is a collection of heavy-hitting grunge songs with the rapper exploring a more rock-based sound.

Zillakami’s ‘DOGBOY’ debuts at No. 2 on Spotify global chart

Earlier this year, his partner-in-crime SosMula blessed fans with 13 SONGS 2 DIE 2, establishing himself further as an individual artist with features from Nascar Aloe, Jasiah, Xanman, Fat Nick, Bizzy Banks, Jovem Dex and Kim Dracula.

On VOLUME 3, the duo experiments with some unexplored avenues of their sound — working with more traditional trap beats than any project they’ve released in the past. Along with incorporating their seamless rock influence, it seems like City Morgue is finding themselves more as artists with each passing project.

Their synergy is a rarity in today’s ever-evolving landscape of music as fans continue to see progression in their effort — regardless if they are seperated or together.
