CMG collaborates with ESPN for ‘Big League’ posse cut

Memphis legend Yo Gotti has paved the way for many of the artists making Southern trap music, now bringing a few of them onboard for a collaboration with the NBA and ESPN.

Joined by fellow Memphis resident Moneybagg Yo, Sacramento rapper Mozzy and Jacksonville native Lil Poppa, Gotti has cultivated the perfect track for the NBA season, aptly titled “Big League.”

“Court-side seats, this the big bag

Hit a Ja Morant shot, get ’em big mad

Real hustle knew one day it was gon’ pay off, pay off

Yeah, now I’m ballin’ in the play-offs, play-offs

Mansion in Miami, ball at the Celtics

“Gotti, you the entree”, yeah, I nailed it

Bought a Rolls Royce on Lamb’, they mailed it

No look, pass to the Bagg, how you fail that?”

Yo Gotti —“Big League”

This posse cut brings the four artists together to drop bars fit for champions, using sports metaphors to flex their victories. Murda Beatz-produced flutes and 808s make for a perfect instrumental for the stadiums, just in time for the NBA Finals in San Francisco, where the Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics will face off in this year’s championship series.

Gotti is fresh off the release of his album CM10: Free Game, proving that he still has the ability to craft bangers decades into his career. With appearances from EST Gee, 42 Dugg, Kodak Black and more, the CMG CEO clearly still has his fair share of pull when it comes to features.

Hopefully this single ushers in another project from Yo Gotti and CMG, especially considering his label is credited on the song. For now, this track will serve as a fantastic commemoration for the NBA Finals.
