Duckwrth brings a couple of friends along for his new album ‘Chrome Bull’

Los Angeles native Duckwrth has been unbound by genre for his whole career, creating music unlike any other with elements of EDM, hip-hop, R&B and more.

His latest project is a concise 8-track EP with a variety of sounds ranging from ditzy love songs to motivational, jazzy ballads. Chrome Bull is the first project we’ve seen from the young star in 2022, following up on the last few years of success with another high-quality drop.

Kicking things off with “11:30,” Duckwrth starts off with some romance before finishing out with the undeniably bouncy “Power Power.” Features from Syd, Juls, CLAY, GAWD and Shaun Ross add even more flavor to his already immaculate palette, complementing his variety of sounds with their own twists.

Prior to the release, Syd joined Duckwrth for a psychedelic video for their collaboration “Ce Soir,” garnering immense support from his fanbase leading up to the full project’s release.

Duckwrth also recently had a big look on Larry June’s Spaceships on the Blade, upping the tempo on Larry June’s normally laid-back style for an ode to his “Brand New Machinery.” Additional features with Snakehips, Dua Saleh and more have only added to his arsenal of sounds, continuing the shape-shifting artist’s evolution.

As we enjoy another stellar release from Duckwrth, fans continue to be impressed by his ability to switch styles on a dime, setting the framework for a long and successful career.
