Lil Tecca has been nothing short of exceptional this past year. The 19-year-old Internet Money prodigy dropped his third studio album titled We Love You Tecca 2 back in August, and since its release, Tecca has been featured on songs with both Bankroll Hayden and 24kGoldn.
Now, Lil Tecca is back in rotation with his first music video since WLYT2. Tecca teamed up with director Declan Kyle to create the visuals for one of Tecca’s recent hits “LOT OF ME.”
This isn’t the first instance of Tecca linking with Declan Kyle. Earlier this year, the two collaborated on numerous videos for songs such as “Show Me Off” and “Never Left.” Kyle has had much success in his early yet impressive career — working with artists like Pasto Flocco, SoFaygo, G Herbo and many more.
“LOT OF ME” stands as one of Tecca’s most popular tracks off We Love You Tecca 2 — so it only makes sense that he’d have some visuals for the track. The song title fits the video perfectly because in the video you in fact see a lot of Tecca moving and dancing throughout.
The video is shot at night and displays Tecca chilling with his friends in a downtown setting in a high-rise apartment. He’s seen dancing, as he flexes in and in front of a Rolls Royce and in an alleyway. Some complimentary trippy visuals are added between the visual’s quick cuts and paced transitions.
Throughout Lil Tecca’s career, he has stayed consistent with his releases, videos and features that have all proved to be quality. The Queens-based is one of the most successful young stars in the game today for a reason — continuously catching the ears of fans from all over the world.
