Doechii makes her identity clear on new EP titled ‘she / her / black bitch’

Top Dawg Entertainment signee Doechii is continuing a hot streak of fresh-pressed releases with a new five-track EP, evidently hiding the title of her TDE debut in her Twitter bio all this time.

With two albums under her belt, Doechii is no amateur in the industry as 2022 has brought her career to a new echelon of success. As she collects more accolades — like her XXL Freshman nod — and collaborations (i.e “Persuasive” with SZA) with her consistent, high-quality releases, Doechii is on the fast track to stardom with her EP she / her / black bitch.

As she prepared to give fans an inside look into her true identity as an artist, Doechii took to Instagram on Wednesday (Aug. 3) to preview “Swamp Bitches” featuring Rico Nasty aggressively spitting over the ferocious yet minimalistic instrumental. Similarly, the TDE songstress has been unstoppable since being named to the 2022 XXL Freshman Class, deserving this honor off the back of tracks in “Bitch I’m Nice” and her debut single with TDE “Crazy.”

With features from Rico, SZA and Jst Ray, this project serves as a quick introduction to Doechii’s versatility and hit-making potential as she showcases her ability to spit quick flows and sing pleasant melodies in a diverse package of tracks.
