Atlanta rapper BKTheRula has been collecting a ton of influential co-signs lately, now garnering the interest of Florida SoundCloud legend Ski Mask the Slump God.
Ski joins BK for the remix of “THROUGH 2 U” — a standout track off of her 2021 album LOVE BLACK. The instrumental is perfect for the duo as they viciously spit over a beat that brings back memories of old Nintendo games with the addition of heavy drums.

This is one of the first big looks for BK following her equally aggressive release with Rico Nasty, titled “Vaderz.” Earlier this year, BK also dropped a 2-pack called Keep da K/Coupe, previewing what she has coming for us later in the year.
Ski Mask has had a relatively quiet 2022 stemming from his holdover mixtape Sin City last summer. Aside from appearing on the newly-official SoundCloud releases on the late XXXTENTACION’s tribute album LOOK AT ME, longtime friend DJ Scheme is constantly teasing new music from Ski on Twitter.
While BK’s star begins to break out, she continues to stick to her out-of-box roots on every new release — championing a distinct style that fans have grown to appreciate.
