New wave pluggnb specialist KA$HDAMI has been steadily gearing up for the release of his proper debut album WORLD DAMINATION (WD) — which is now set for release “this month” according to the DMV rapper.
Off-handedly sharing a “WD throwaway” via SoundCloud on Sunday (July 31), Dami is speeding towards the release of his upcoming LP off the back of previous tracks in “posed2be,” “Phoneix” and “Famine” with xlovclo. The former two tracks also received visual components — further painting the worldview Dami will be residing in on his forthcoming full-length effort.
His new track “Luscious” — produced by Internet Money’s Cxdy and thankyouwill — could have definitely wound up on WD if Dami wished. However, the 17-year-old star glides over the loose, plugg-infused production of “Luscious” with ease — continuing to cultivate a sense of transitionary euphoria similar to his track “Phoneix.”
His rhyme scheme and cadence also mirror that of “Phoneix” — which was also produced by Cxdy earlier this summer. Acting as an extra course for WD’s rollout, “Luscious” is yet another glistening offering even if it’s left off the album.
Nevertheless, KA$HDAMI is prepping to “DAMINATE” the world once his debut hits all DSPs in August.
