Kenzo’s newly-appointed creative director is gearing up to drop one of the most stacked albums of 2022.
Nigo, creator of popular streetwear brand BAPE, is making a red carpet return to the music scene with his upcoming album I Know NIGO. The second single off the project, “Want It Bad” with Kid Cudi, is a high-energy collaboration that continues to push the renowned designer into mainstream rap circles.
Nigo’s curation seems to bring the best out of his artists, with production from Pharrell Williams appropriately backing Cudi’s autotuned vocals. Cudi adds his signature swagger to the uplifting track, channeling some ambition as he croons harmoniously on “Want It Bad.”

Nigo is also fresh off the release of the elegant “Arya,” bringing the heat with fellow fashion enthusiast A$AP Rocky. Continuing his streak of high-quality tracks, Kid Cudi joins the mogul for an energetic anthem about hope and having no regrets.
I Know NIGO is slated to see appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Pop Smoke, Pharrell, Pusha T, Tyler the Creator and more. Kenzo’s Menswear Fall/Winter 2022-23 Fashion Show saw previews of a number of these tracks, with more announcements sure to come.
Dropping in late March, fans can expect a star-studded affair next month when Nigo and company bring the heat.
