After inking a new deal with RCA Records, Rich The Kid aimed to begin his new journey with the release of his comeback single “Motion” on Nov. 14.
Produced by the esteemed Drake-Future “Life Is Good” instrumentalist Ambezza, Rich didn’t waste any time re-asserting himself. While rapping about the ability to upgrade a female more than Jay-Z, Rich utilizes his signature choppy flow over the smooth, bass-driven trap beat.
Can’t stop this sh*t
Rich The Kid — “Motion”

She gon’ ride like a wheel, I been rollin’
Why you tryna flex it?
It ain’t broken
I’ma do the dash like it’s stolen
Along with the single, he also released a music video directed by the great Jerry Productions, where he flexes the extravagant life he lives. Gearing up for the next phase in his career, Rich is ready to take things to a new level and expand his brand further with his new deal. Not showing any signs of slowing down, Rich has a lot left in store for his career and his label Rich Forever Music.

Over the past couple years, Rich has not released much music, though he was able to deliver on his collaborative effort with Youngboy Never Broke Again on their album Nobody’s Safe (2020), as well as the 2021 hit single “Prada” — which features Polo G on the remix.
Spending the beginning of his career building his fan base while creating and developing his label Rich Forever Music alongside Famous Dex and Jay Critch, Rich The Kid has been consistently working hard to take his career and label to the forefront of hip hop. With this now being possible, and Rich having prior collaborations ranging from YB to Lil Wayne to Kendrick Lamar, the New York-native has also proven to spit with the best of them, evident once again on his latest release.
