EST Gee drops another street classic with ‘I Never Felt Nun’

September has been a star-studded month for new music, with Louisville rapper EST Gee joining in on the fun with his second full-length drop of the year.

After sharing the I Never Felt Nun trailer alongside the release of “Shoot It Myself” featuring trap legend Future, Gee quickly followed up with his highly-anticipated LP — bringing along a variety of artists including fellow Louisville natives Jack Harlow and Bryson Tiller as well as Machine Gun Kelly, Jeezy and others.

Spanning 21 total tracks, EST Gee gave a taste of his album two weeks before its release, dropping off a high-energy track titled “Hell.” The third single in his rollout brings out his melodic side as he croons a voracious hook between equally vicious verses.

Before “Hell,” he shared “Love Is Blind” and “Blood,” as EST Gee used the album trailer on Instagram to initially preview “Shoot It Myself” with Future — who has previously worked with Gee on tracks like “Lick Back Remix” and “CHICKENS” off I NEVER LIKED YOU.

Additionally, Gee and Jack Harlow have a long-standing friendship that has resulted in an album’s worth of stellar collaborations. Despite having very different styles, both Louisville emcees spit bars in the Lyrical Lemonade visual for “Backstage Passes,” going back and forth over a simple instrumental.

Earlier this year, EST joined forces with 42 Dugg for a collaborative project titled Last Ones Left, with a few features from the duo’s associates.

I Never Felt Nun will soon prove to be another street classic in EST Gee’s discography, adding to his list of high-profile co-signs in the process. Given his track record for high-quality trap music, it’s no surprise that we got another fantastic project from Louisville’s street king.
