Autumn! plays the hero and villain on new album ‘Antagonist!’

Underground sensation Autumn! is heating up just in time for summer.

The Louisiana native has not only struck gold on previous singles in “Bentley Bentayga!”, “One Way,” “Jumpin!” and his latest “Everything!”, he keeps the melodic chaos coming on his new album Antagonist! (April 29).

At 13 tracks long, Autumn!’s range is undeniable on Antagonist!, seemingly positioning himself as the unsung hero — and villain — of his own narrative. With rage-inducing and transportative tracks alike, the Houston-based producer-rapper has evidently become a mainstay amongst new wave talent, as his new effort strengthens his status as one of hip-hop’s most eclectic newcomers.

Signed to Victor Victor Records, Autumn!’s blazing-fast flow and digitally melodic sound quickly caught the ear of label founder Steven Victor — who played an integral part in Ye’s Donda 2 process, Pusha T’s It’s Almost Dry and NIGO’s star-studded compilation album I Know NIGO.

Surrounded by legendary hip-hop icons, Autumn! has “Everything!” at his disposal to evolve alongside the label’s high-caliber taste. However, his latest single remains right in his wheelhouse — annihilating the trippy, most-pitting banger with angst-filled flows and bars about bossing up and flexing his crystal-clear Cartier wrists.

Bitch, I’m a motherfuckin’ boss

This cartier look like Voss

These n—s still shopping at Ross

Can’t name all the shit I bought (Woah)

Autumn! — “Everything!”

Paired with an explosively jarring visual from DotCom Nirvan, Autumn! is as enigmatic as ever on his latest single. Incorporating a slew of visual keys into the track’s hypnotic, aggressive nature, the DotCom Crash director balances psychadelic cuts and static-y VFX scenes seamlessly.

Needless to say, Autumn!’s new wave reign is just getting started. Not only does he continue to evolve into more than just a rage rapper, but is unleashing high-quality music in near perfect doses. Initially finding success as an artist on SoundCloud with projects in Solitary EP, Golden Child, Chapter 1, Not Much Longer EP and Not Much Left EP, the producer-turned-rapper has seen his stock soar since signing with Victor Victor.

Remaining unfazed by the chatter surrounding him, Autumn! sets the tone and stays true to his sound on Antagonist! — boisterously reasserting himself as a budding superstar destined for mainstream acclaim.
